![]() I did not want holes drilled in the back of a cooler i had just paid almost $500. At one point the technicians said they could 'drill' holes in the back of the cooler which would allow the water to evaporate but i rejected that idea. Therefore, the cooler was defective and would never work right no matter what they did to it. Wonder of all wonders!!! It was determined the manufacture forgot the drain holes inside the cooler which allows the water to drain just like a refrigerator. I was finally able to get a service call (They sent out techs from sears). Water gathered in the bottom of the cooler and overflowed onto my new tile flooring, leaving rust stains from the dirty water. ![]() I called the customer service line and they told me to return the product to the store and exchange it because it had been within 30 days and they only handled warranty items after 30 days. The temperature would reset itself and then i noticed water in the bottom of the cooler. ![]() It did not work right from the start, did not cool properly and made funny noises. ![]() I made the mistake of buying the everstar beverage cooler from home depot last year. ![]()
